At The Hair Shop, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair extensions and tools cannot be returned once the security seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact, and include a printout of your RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
